Natalia Char has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. She joined Aon in the beginning of 2022, as Strategy and Broking Leader of Commercial Risk for Latin America. In January 2023, was named Head of Commercial Risk Solutions for Latin America. Prior to Aon, she has also worked at large companies in the market, such as Willis Towers Watson and AIG. Natalia is graduated in Law from the Universidad Externado de Colombia and has a degree in International Business from Columbia University.
